On August 27 Steve Buchtel, executive director of Trails for Illinois, has organized the with over 22 elected and notable officials including the executive director of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, David St. Pierre, jumping in the river to raise funds for the last 13 miles of the Cal-Sag Trail.
