Our Dedicated Runners Cross the Finish Line!

Congratulations to our 2024 µÚÒ»³Ô¹Ï Marathon Team! We are incredibly grateful to 10 individuals who dedicated their time this year to train for the Chicago Marathon and fundraise for µÚÒ»³Ô¹Ï to support our work to restore and protect the river system for all people, water, and wildlife.

Members of Friends’ staff cheered on the runners from our cheer section at the 3-mile mark at the corner of LaSalle Street and Wacker Drive and at mile 11 in Lincoln Park.
Friends will be hosting a team again for the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. for charity runners µÚÒ»³Ô¹Ïopens at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, October 22. In addition to applying online, please email Annie Hanrahan at ahanrahan@chicagoriver.org if you are interested in securing your spot and fundraising for µÚÒ»³Ô¹Ï in 2025.
